Anoushka Shankar

Anoushka Shakar was one of the American and British sitar artist. She was the very first and youngest female to receive a British House of Commons Award. Anoushka Sitar Shankar is an Indian young sitar artist. She is Ravi Shankar's student, and the daughter of Ravi Shankar. She was born in London in 1982 and spent her early years shuttling to London in London and New Delhi. Her debut concert was at New Delhi at the tender age of 13.
