Anoushka Shankar
Anoushka Shakar was one of the American and British sitar artist. She was the very first and youngest female to receive a British House of Commons Award. Anoushka Sitar Shankar is an Indian young sitar artist. She is Ravi Shankar's student, and the daughter of Ravi Shankar. She was born in London in 1982 and spent her early years shuttling to London in London and New Delhi. Her debut concert was at New Delhi at the tender age of 13. In Encinitas California in 1999, she was awarded an honorary high school certificate. Anouskha, who is only 17 years old, has had an extremely successful recording and performing career. She has been performing with her father in the stage for a long time. The year 1998 saw her debuted Anourag as her debut single album. In 2002, she released her Grammy Nominated Live At Carnegie Hall. The stage work she has done is extensive for she has appeared in all of the world's major venues.
